  • Experienced Home Inspector
    Must have a minimum of 5 years in our field or a related industry. 

  • Entry Level Inspector

    WILL TRAIN RIGHT PERSON

    • Field inspection and technical review in support of utility energy efficiency programs.
    • Primary focus on field inspections for Residential New Construction (RNC) and pre owned homes.
    • Secondary focus on inspections for Central Air Conditioner (CAC) programs.
    • May include quality assurance, compliance and troubleshooting inspections for non-utility programs and customers, including EPA Energy Star Homes, homeowners, or other contracts.
    • Other activities may include back-up scheduling, customer service and CAC rebate application processing.
    • All of the inspections will be in residences.

      These are residences, apartments, town-homes or single family homes. The individual should be familiar with residential construction, framing, heating and air conditioning, and insulation.
      The individual must be willing to learn the latest practices in energy efficient home construction.
